The Miami Heat Finally Win a Finals Game.

Does any reader out there by any chance know anything about
Australian constitutional law? If anyone does, can you mystery person do me the favour of sitting my exam for me on Monday, and it doesn’t matter if you’re a female because I am pretty dodgy looking to begin with. As a reward you have the honour of being in my good books and will have me as a best friend from now to eternity. I guess that’s the clincher prize – no one is going to put their hand up now to help because that is more like a booby prize.
Now onto the business at hand which is the NBA Finals! Yes, the Heat have won a game, but the Mavs still lead 2-1 overall in the series. Miami, just, won today by the hairs of their chin-y, chin, chins 98-96.
The difference maker for the Heat? Dwayne Wade! Flash, decided that he wasn’t gonna let his team go down in flames just yet and was electric. D-Wade scored a career playoff-high 42 points and was the instigator in a furious fourth quarter comeback that culminated in a Gary Payton jump shot with 9.3 seconds left in the game.
The Heat had their back to the walls and with 6:34 left in the fourth, rallied to take the game away from the Mavs and deny the team from the Big D the opportunity to sweep the men from South Florida. Oh, by the way that fourth quarter comeback was the largest in playoff franchise history for Miami.
Dallas still had their chances it must be said, and Dirk Nowitzki with 3.4 seconds left on the clock missed one of two free throws, while the Mavs failed to convert in a final desperate play due to the quick hands of Wade who tipped away a final pass attempt.
Shaquille O’Neal bounced back from a horrific game 2 performance with 16 points and 11 rebounds. Better yet the big fella also hit some free throws and at vital moments too! Give the Big Aristotle some applause please.
The story of the game was of course Batman who refused to let his team die by being all over the place and scoring jumpers, making three point plays, and dropping more baskets. Batman was a superhero today, with Robin playing an effective second fiddle.
Nowitzki had 30 for Dallas, while Obi-Wan Kenobi aka Josh Howard had 21 points, but to little avail. The Heat is back in the series and ready to rumble.
There is nothing like home cooking and the Heat must be bursting at the seamsnow that they are back in South Beach. However, it must be noted that they got a get out of jail free card this time and Dallas are looking the goods. Furthermore, essentially rookie coach Avery Johnson is out coaching the master in Pat Riley so we can be assured that he will make the necessary adjustments in game 4.
Finally, that offer is still on the table for anyone who has knowledge on Australian law and wouldn’t mind being a proxy Stanley. There is a big reward in it for you mystery saviour. I’ll be your best friend.
