NBA Player tells Kids to Use Drugs. Video of Actor Jamie Kennedy Dunking.

Dwayne Wade? Who? Is what everyone should be asking because since Flash went down with a serious injury the prognosis for Miami was dire to say the least. Thanks to Shaq however the Heat have won their eighth straight today over the New Jersey Nets, 93-86 and the team never has looked better.
Saddled with foul trouble for most of the game the Diesel decided to go to town New Jersey scoring 17 of his 19 points in the second half to seal the fate of the Nets. Anyone get the feeling that this is the year 2000 redux with the big fella wearing the number 32 being the most dominant presence in the league? Thought so, NBALOUD does too.
Coach for the Los Angeles Lakers Phil Jackson got hit with a $50, 000 fine for criticising the NBA who he accused of having a vendetta against his star player the one and only Kobe Bryant who has been suspended on two separate occasions this season for (in)advertent hits on less badass players than himself. Whether you agree with Jackson or not isn’t the case because criticising the NBA in that fashion will always result in some punitive punishment.
Adding to the woes of the Zen Master, Kobe and the Lakers organisation as a whole is the loss of their seventh straight game when they went down to the Nuggets, 113-86.
Linas Kleiza (who?) for the Nuggets scored a career high 29 points to set the tone for the team while his slightly better known teammate Carmelo Anthony added another 26 to cap off a day of misery for the Lakers.
Everybody’s favourite cornrow sporting player Allen Iverson was handing out assists like he was Father Christmas with 13, whilst the Camby man entered the statistical fray as well with 11 points and 14 boards.
Kobe’s 25 led the way for the Lakers as one would expect but the rest of the team was about as neutered as a male dog who just walked out of a veterinary surgery with some bandages wrapped around his crotch. Forgettable is the word.
Eccentric Cavs player Scott Pollard who is known more for his outrageous looks rather than his basketball abilities looked into the camera in a recent game and uttered this sure to be immortal line that will go down in NBA infamy: “Hey kids, do drugs.”
Pollard was on the Cleveland bench and in street clothes at the time when he made that remark during a 20 second timeout. The Cavs organisation obviously wasn’t too impressed with their charge.
“We have spoken with Scot and certainly do not condone his actions," general manager Danny Ferry said in a statement Wednesday. "He regrets his mistake, using inappropriate humour, particularly when he has always been very involved in the community, projecting positive messages to our youth. We will handle the issue internally.” (AP, 2007)
“Yoda” Pollard predictably made an apology as well stating; “It was a bad joke…That's all it boils down to. There are a number of things people could say about it, but it just turned out it was a bad joke. Obviously, I don't believe that.” (The Plain Dealer, 2007)
No, Scott you obviously don’t.
Today’s clip is of actor/comedian/wannabe rapper Jamie Kennedy dunking over actor Michael Clarke Duncan. Seriously.
