So far, November 5, 2008 has got to be the most interesting playing date this NBA season. Let's talk about why it is that way.
Pistons @ Raptors
Allen Iverson is going to wear jersey no.1 for Detroit, that sure is one way to take over Chauncey Billups' spot. This is the first time that we will witness A.I. as a Piston and we just can't wait to see what kind of effect he would have on his third team in his career.
Aside from that, this is a game pitting undefeated teams (Detroit 2-0) and Toronto (3-0) will definitely go at it to wrest Eastern Conference early leadership.
Bobcats @ Knicks
This could be a yawner if you'll look at how both teams are playing right now but it will surely be a treat to see how the former coach of the Knicks will fare against them who are still the same way when that coach left them.
The Larry Brown-Mike D'Antoni face-off is the story here. Two coaches encountering a lot of trouble this early in the season looking to pull one under each other.
Hawks @ Hornets
No doubt, Chris Paul and the Hornets (3-0) will win this one. Even without Peja Stojakovic and Tyson Chandler they still kick ass and I believe that they might play in this game.
Hey, I almost forgot, the Hawks are undefeated. It's really nice to see them whip Orlando and stun Philly in come-from-behind fashion but this one's CP3 and company. If Atlanta pulls off an upset on this one, I'll instantly regard them on a higher plateu.

The other games that will also be worth watching are:
3-1 teams Phoenix and Boston looking to dominate, Denver playing at Golden State where we hope that Billups would make his debut and the Jazz and Lakers look to keep their unbeaten streaks alive.
