New York Wants Lebron James
November 23rd 2008 06:12
Looks like the New York Knicks have formally joined the Lebron James sweepstakes in 2010. Trading their top two scorers to open up a huge cap room has confirmed it.
The Knicks traded Zach Randolph and Jamal Crawford in separate deals just recently and acquired Tim Thomas, Mike D'Antoni's former player in Phoenix; Al Harrington, GM Donnie Walsh's prized find at Indiana; and Cuttino Mobley a veteran guard who can give fair contribution offensively.
NBA Loud will be taking a closer look at this recent development in the next post.
Meanwhile in other news:
P.J. Carlesimo gets the ax because of a disgusting 1-12 start for the Oklahoma City Thunder. Scott Brooks, the assistant, will take over the head coaching reins for now. We hope they hire Avery Johnson.
The Lakers continues to dominate by pounding the living daylights out of the Denver Nuggets.
Vince Carter showed them in Toronto and much more. We will have a complete schedule of in depth posts in one straight week starting tommorow.
