Groupies, golf and game 2 of the NBA Playoffs

Ah, the playoffs – where the cream rises to the top and the truly great ones stamp their mark on the postseason. A few days ago it was LeBron, today it was Dwayne Wade of the Heat. Wade had 21 points, seven assists, five rebounds, and four steals. Say, what? Watchu talkin’ ‘bout Willis? The man was a machine, while being ably supported by Shaq and Jason Williams who both had 22 points for Miami.
Once again the Baby Bulls proved to be resilient in their determination to take the game away from the Heat, with Andres Nocioni dropping 30 points to lead all scorers – while Kirk Hinrich had 17 of his 29 points in the final, frantic, quarter. Even with all their grit and determination the Bulls fell short losing 115-108 to find themselves 2-0 down.
It’ll be interesting to see what will transpire when the combatants head back to Chi-Town, but it goes without saying the Bulls need to defend their home, or they’ll be heading towards a summer of group sex, and golf.
In todays other game the LA Clippers accounted for the Denver Nuggets 98-87, with a very balanced contribution from the starters, and solid contributions from the bench. Carmelo Anthony on the other hand had a complete dud of a game – shooting a horrendous 5-15 from the field and scoring only 16 points.
At this rate the Nuggets can also look forward to an early exit, as well as the group sex, and golf combination, which for NBA players is a relationship that is just as complimentary as spaghetti and bolognaise.
